For dinghies, dinghies and daysailers up to 1.5 tons, the Travel with its extremely quiet and reliable 1100 W direct drive is perfect for inland waters and harbours. At just 11.6 kg, it is light and easy to handle. It is also easy to install and operate: with two shaft lengths, a sturdy handle on the shaft head, a practical lever for quick steering adjustment (360° // ±60° // fixed) and flexible tilt and trim positions. The Essential Package comes with an integrated 1080 Wh lithium battery that weighs just 8.6 kg. Or you can opt for the Range Package with a 1425 Wh battery, which increases your range by up to 32%. Thanks to the click-and-play design, there are no more cables to connect and a handy LED shows the charging status at a glance, even when the battery is not connected. Simply plug the system into the socket and charge it directly from the boat with the 180 W fast charger via the 12 V/24 V charging cable. With the solar charging cable and the solar modules with up to 200 Wp, you can even charge the battery solar! Torqeedo has been offering lithium battery-powered marine drives since 2005 and has the most comprehensive integrated protection and safety concept for lithium batteries on the market.
The tiller steering puts the power directly in your hand. The new and improved tiller with infinitely adjustable speed and steering makes docking and launching easier with its ultra-precise, foldable and customizable design. Switch between forward and reverse, increase or decrease friction and even operate the system while standing! The backlit color display is directly integrated and shows all the information you need, including speed, consumption, charge status and remaining range in time or distance. Wi-Fi and BlueTooth come as standard, so you can easily connect to the TorqView app to access maps, trip logs, usage statistics, maintenance information, OTA updates and other high-tech features. Want to use your Travel on a boat with a rudder or steering wheel? On the accessories page you will find an optional remote kit that allows you to connect your Travel to standard Teleflex steering.
