UMS Boote's production facility, complete with its own production halls, is located in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital. Located directly on the Dnieper, the third longest river in Europe, the craft of shipbuilding draws on a long and impressive tradition. Here, manual work is celebrated at the highest level - experienced and trained welders produce seams that are almost indistinguishable from machine production. Every seam is personally inspected and checked, guaranteeing the highest quality. With over 20 years of experience in building aluminium boats for water rescue services and other maritime organizations, we know exactly what is important when it comes to functionality, safety and driving comfort. Driving instead of waiting

We rely on German aluminium, which is processed in the Ukraine, and only use high-quality aluminium alloys of the EN-AW-5083, AlMg4.5 class. These materials are characterized by their outstanding resistance to seawater and corrosion. Even with intensive use in seawater, only a light oxide layer forms, which protects the boat from corrosion. Our boats are weatherproof and can be driven onto sandy or gravel beaches without any problems. Even touching down on a stone at the bottom or on the embankment is no problem for the hull. Any dents can be easily repaired and even stubborn dirt can be removed in no time with a high-pressure cleaner. If necessary, new sheet metal can be welded in or value-enhancing superstructures added.

All our boats are certified and marked in accordance with CE Directive No. 2013/53/EU regarding the applicable regulations for recreational craft. The safety of our boats results from their precise maneuverability, high sides and stable construction. Among the materials used in boatbuilding, aluminum stands out for its durability and extremely high load-bearing capacity, which is why it is often used for demanding applications such as rescue services and fire departments. Aluminum is also non-flammable.

More power with less consumption

Thanks to its lightness and robustness, aluminum enables higher performance with lower fuel consumption compared to other materials used in boat building. This saves fuel costs both on the water and on the trailer, which benefits both the environment and your wallet. Aluminum is also efficient from an ecological point of view, as the cost of recycling is comparatively low. Aluminum therefore has the best ecological balance sheet of all materials used in shipbuilding.

Since the 1950s, aluminum has been used primarily for workboats and has also successfully established itself in the pleasure craft sector over the last 50 years.
