Rintelmann Bootshandel becomes E+K Marine Service
Movement at the start of the 2020 season in the Lower Saxony boat industry. Axel Rintelmann has handed over his boat building and service company Rintelmann Bootshandel GmbH from Neustadt am Rübenberge / OT Mardorf on the Steinhuder Meer to E+K Marine Service after 27 years of business. All ongoing work and orders have been taken over since January 2, 2020.
The new managing directors of E+K Marine Service OHG are Chris Del Castillo and his brother Francesco Esser Del Castillo. As their father, Andre Esser bought the land and buildings. The two brothers complement each other perfectly: Chris is the businessman and Francesco is training as a boat builder.
However, Axel Rintelmann will remain loyal to the industry. As a master boat builder, he will continue to work in the company in an advisory capacity and as an instructor. The Yachtcenter Rintelmann, which represents Alfastreet yachts, will also continue to be managed by Axel Rintelmann. Rintelmann also works as an expert and surveyor. The two new owners have plans for expansion: the range of services is to grow further with an engine service, and the portfolio of Deltania yachts is to be expanded to include the yacht brand’s motorboats. A new website is currently under construction.
